1. The proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip, which clearly shows the item model and order date.
 
2. Scan the QR code on the bottom of the box to obtain the UDI (Unique Device Identifier) information.
 
3. Take a picture of the bottom of the motor.
