"text": "Hello, \n \nThank you for reaching out and sharing the issues you’re experiencing with your Momcozy Mobile Flow breast pumps. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.\n \nTo assist you better and find the best solution, could you please provide the UDI (Unique Device Identifier) information? You can find this on the bottom of the box by scanning the QR code next to the production date and Serial Number (SN). If you no longer have the box, you may scan the QR code on the bottom of the device itself to retrieve the SN. If both pumps are defective, kindly provide the serial numbers for both.\n \nAdditionally, to ensure an accurate evaluation, could you please share the following details?\n \nDuration of Use\n– How many days have you been using the breast pump since receiving it?\n \nCleaning Routine\n– How often do you clean the pump parts each day?\n– What cleaning method do you use (hand-washing with soap, brush cleaning, dishwasher, etc.)?\n– If applicable, please share the brand of the cleaning tools or soap used.\n \nSterilization Routine\n– How many times per day do you sterilize the parts?\n– What sterilization method do you use (steam sterilizer, boiling, microwave sterilizer, etc.)?\n– If applicable, please specify the brand of the sterilizer (e.g., Philips Avent, Tommee Tippee).\n \nStorage Method\n– How do you store the pump parts when not in use (dry container, sealed bag, open-air, etc.)?\n \nPhotos of the Damaged Parts\n– If you haven’t already, please attach clear photos of the broken valve and any other damaged parts so we can assess the issue accurately.\n \nTo help your pump work perfectly, here are some care tips from our product specialists:\n \nFor Hygiene & Longevity:\nAfter each use, disassemble and clean all accessories to prevent milk residue from clogging the parts. Gently wipe the motor with a dry cloth, but avoid washing or disinfecting it to prevent water from entering.\n \nFor Optimal Performance:\nWe recommend sitting upright while pumping, as leaning back can cause milk to flow back into the tubing.\n \nAfter Pumping:\nTurn off the pump before detaching it, and always remove the motor before pouring milk to avoid spills inside the motor.\n \nFor Safe Storage:\nWhen on the go, use a dedicated storage bag to protect your pump from bumps and falls, keeping its internal components safe.\n \nLooking forward to your reply so we can assist you further.\n \nBest regards,\nMomcozy Customer Support Team"
