My wife got a replacement of our Momcozy monitor in January of this year when it stopped charging.
Now, the temperature sensor is incorrect… saying it’s 32F in our son’s nursery when it’s 70F in our house (see pics)

Is there anyway we can get a replacement monitor ??
We don’t need a camera - it’s working great .

Below, I have attached original proof of purchase, proof of replacement, and pics of the temperature being incorrect.

Have try to reboot and reset multiple times and it’s not working.
