Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're truly sorry to hear about the unusual noise from your pump and completely understand your concern. We're here to help you identify the cause and find the best solution.

 

To better analyze the issue you're experiencing, please provide:

A photo of bottom of motor to let us get the SN and model number :

UDI (Unique Device Identifier) information located on the bottom of the box.

 

To better understand the situation, could you let us know: Is this a new issue with a pump you've been using for a while, or did you just start using it?

 

If you just started using it:

 

A quick video would be incredibly helpful. Could you please film these steps, keeping the motor level and mode the same for each recording?

 

 1. First, remove the milk bowl and all accessories. Turn on the motor alone and record the sound.

 2. Next, install the milk bowl and accessories, turn it on again, and record the sound.

 3. Finally, wear the pump as usual, turn on the motor, and record the sound. 

 

If the noise developed after some use:

 

We understand that some wear over time can lead to increased noise. In this case, we would be happy to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused.

 

However, if the noise is excessively loud and affecting your experience, we are more than willing to arrange a replacement for you if the order if from our Momcozy official store.
