This morning when we went to move the camera via the touchpad, we noticed that the ok center button was loose and had rotated making it difficult to switch between camera feeds and when we tried to pan the camera it instead zoomed in. I have attached a photo and a video. We bought from official momcozy store on Amazon in December. A replacement would be great as we use it everyday for our 3 kids. We moved when we bought these for our new house and our address is 1405 Colonial Manor Ct, Annapolis MD 21409, United States.
